“Republican State Senator Michele Reagan, who is heading up the battle against third parties, stands by the Republican argument that even though Libertarians and Greens don’t have enough members to get their candidates on the ballot they can get on their knees and beg Independents for signatures and try to achieve ballot access that way.
I have destroyed this GOP rhetoric in past articlesand I believe the facts and statements from Republicans to the press show the real intention here…to keep Libertarians off the ballot in the hope that Independents who may vote Libertarian will now vote Republican. Especially in close Congressional races.”
